The first Higher Education Institution implemented under the "new" system of education of the Angolan Armed Forces.
The ISTM project has a strong significance for the need to adapt to technical and technological training.
Our strategic objectives are:
- Develop academic curricula in accordance with MoD requirements.
- Cooperation with Portuguese Universities.
- Ensure approval of courses by the Secretary of State for Universities.
- Supply of Laboratory Equipment.
- Fully equip the institute for both Engineering and Medical schools.
