PROJECT / TRAINING SEMINARS TO DIRECTORS OF MEDIUM-TECHNICAL INSTITUTES
País: Angola
Main objectives:
- Organization of several seminars in Angola and Portugal, with the aim of identifying the needs in the Technical-Vocational Education System, promoting the sharing of experiences among directors.
- Understand differences in school, cultural management and rules of the Education System between Portugal and Angola.
- Creating a culture of collaboration and teamwork in school to improve the motivation of teachers and students.
- Joint reflection with Ministries of Education and the Ministry of Labor, in the definition of strategic plans for the future of Angola.
